2 1/2 cups Flour

1 tbsp Cinnamon

½ cup packed Brown Sugar

¼ cup Sugar

2 tsp Vanilla

½ cup Butter (1 stick)sp Milk

 1 tbsp Milk

2 Eggs

1 tsp Baking Powder

¼ tsp Baking Soda


2 tsp Cinnamon, 2 tsp sugar, and 2 tbsp melted butter (for swirling)


Icing (optional):

2 cups Powdered Sugar

2 tbsp Milk

2 tsp Cinnamon

¼ tsp Vanilla

 

In large mixing bowl, combine eggs, butter, cinnamon, vanilla, and sugar.  In separate mixing bowl, combine flour with baking soda and powder.  Slowly add flour mixture to mixing bowl with egg mixture.  Pour into bread pan, muffin tins, or cake pan, and  swirl the cinnamon sugar mixture (if using cupcake pan, swirl 1 tsp of the butter cinnamon swirl into each cup).  Bake at 350º for 35-45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.  Cool for 15 minutes, and then drizzle with powdered sugar icing if desired.  Serve warm, cold, toasted with a smear of Honey Butter (garnishes), or use for your favorite breakfast Bread Pudding!
